Congratulations! As you plan your wedding or elopement please consider The Beechmont Inn. We are happy to host your wedding and reception, renewal of vows, or elopement, creating a memorable and romantic setting for your special day. We also welcome the parents, families and friends who are attending weddings in Hanover and nearby communities.
Please review the following information. We think The Beechmont offers a wonderful setting for your wedding celebration. Please call and schedule an appointment with Kathryn to tour The Beechmont. In addition to working with brides and grooms in planning weddings and special events at The Beechmont, she served as a wedding hostess for ten years at her church in St. Louis and is accomplished at working through the details and personalized attention that a wedding deserves. Each event is special, and we look forward to talking with you about your wonderful day!
The Beechmont Inn is well suited for small weddings, elopements, and civil unions. The inn can accommodate up to 100 people for a reception, and up to 30 for a small wedding in the front parlor. We have beautiful gardens for an outdoor wedding, but cannot guarantee the weather will cooperate.
Our Elopement Package includes the following:
- Candlelight ceremony location in the front parlor or under our magnificent Magnolia Tree
- Wedding Officiant
- Bride's Bouquet and Groom's Boutonniere
- Small Wedding Cake (your choice of flavor)
- Two night stay at The Beechmont Inn in our beautiful, expansive Magnolia room
- Chocolate covered strawberries
- Dinner for two at Restaurant Sidney
- Candlelight breakfast each morning
Our elopement package is priced for up to six guests to attend your elopement and is $850.00. If the bride and groom are the only people present, the cost is $750.00
Intimate Wedding Package includes the following:
- Candlelight ceremony location in the front parlor or under our magnificent Magnolia Tree
- Wedding Officiant
- Bride's Bouquet and Groom's Boutonniere
- Wedding Cake (your choice of flavor)
- Two-night stay at The Beechmont Inn in our beautiful expansive Magnolia room
- Dinner for two at Restaurant Sidney
- Candlelight breakfast each morning
Our Intimate Wedding Package is priced for up to 20 guests to attend your wedding and is $975. Please contact us for more information.
We are happy to help schedule a professional photographer. Poist Studio is one of Hanover's finest and can photograph the ceremony and during reception festivities.
Weddings and Receptions that are larger than the two packages described above should be discussed in greater detail. We will assist you in planning and tailoring an event designed to meet your dreams, and budget. Again, please call and schedule an appointment so we can give you our undivided attention. The best time to see us is Tuesday - Thursday between 10am and 2pm, or evenings.
