Rooms & Rates
The Beechmont features seven guest rooms,each special in its own way.. (Use the pulldown menu at the top of the right column for pictures, brief descriptions and rates of our suites and rooms.)
Our rooms are designed with your comfort in mind. There are fireplaces in some, wingback chairs to curl up in and read or sit back and relax while enjoying some conversation. Our patio surrounds a magnificent 145-year-old magnolia tree, and we have chairs and tables under the arbor for morning coffee or an afternoon refreshment. Wicker furniture on our porch beckons you to linger a while.
All guest rooms are air-conditioned, have private baths, and are furnished with period furniture and comfortable chairs. Free high-speed wireless internet is available. Each room has cable television, clock radios, a telephone, hairdryer, fluffy robes, and quality amenities.
A sumptuous full breakfast is served each morning. Help yourself to bottled water and soft drinks in our first floor guest refrigerator. A library with books (novels, British mysteries, and books on history, travel, and music), your favorite board games, national newspapers and magazines, and a selection of puzzles is for the enjoyment of our guests. A guest internet station is available in the library, and a freshly baked sweet treat is offered in evenings along with hot tea and beverages. An ironing board and iron are provided.
